Internet Explorer Login problem !!!

On February 2nd, 2004, Microsoft released an update to its Internet Explorer web browser that was included in the Windows Auto-Update. This update effectively DISALLOWED THE INCLUSION OF A WEBSITE'S USERNAME AND PASSWORD in the linking URL. Real the Official Microsoft Statement.

If you DO use Internet Explorer, we have developed a very simple registry patch. It is a tiny file called "IEUserPassEnable.reg" that you download and then open. Your computer will ask you if you want to modify the registry and you must confirm. Then please restart your browser and/or reboot. Then your Internet Explorer will once again be able to accept the automatic login and password embedded in link URLs. This is 100% safe!
